In the framework of a medical-chemical opinion we analyze among other things the possibilities of a substance's pre-clinical hit to lead process or respectively lead to candidate process. We also suggest which drug-like compounds to chose for different indication areas, in particular regarding producibility, drugability and patentability, review resources and references and submit concrete proposals and possible solutions for problems regarding the scale-up process, check up on the competitors and search the state-of-the-art. Among other things we analyze the patent situation and point out critical third party property rights. Possible solutions for avoiding such rights are timely discussed. Besides, we valuate preclinical projects which are interdisciplinarily commercialised regarding issues of science, market science and patent rights. Moreover, we also conduct negotiations with interested parties.
